  • Volunteer as a Business Mentor: Support our members who are business owners or in the process of opening their own office by volunteering as a business mentor. Your expertise and guidance can provide valuable education and insights to help them succeed.

  • Offer Paid Internships: Create opportunities for AIREE members to gain hands-on experience and learn new skills through paid internships. These internships can be a stepping stone to propel their careers to new heights.

  • Develop a Diversity Team: Establish a dedicated team of leaders within your organization focused on recognizing and addressing systemic roadblocks and unfavorable work environments. This proactive approach ensures a more inclusive and supportive workplace.

  • Collaborate with AIREE's Consultant Team: Partner with AIREE's Consultant Team to develop a customized Diversity Program for your organization. This program not only educates your leadership but also identifies and addresses systemic issues employees may face in the workplace. (Please note that this service may involve fees.   • Create Grants and Sponsorship Programs: Take action to address key issues in highly populated underserved communities within your city. Establish grants and sponsorship programs that target areas such as housing, employment, education, access to technology, and financial support. Collaborate with independently owned organizations to actively work towards solving these problems.
